Principal Message

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2024-25 school year at the West Branch 8-12 campus, Home of the Warriors! I would like to offer a special West Branch welcome to the incoming class of 2029, plus all the new students in our district. We have also opened the Warrior Academy for students who wanted an on-line option. We expect all of our students to come to school prepared and ready to give their best. We also ask our students to be involved in our programs and help create a positive school culture!

West Branch High School has a long tradition of “Excellence” in academics, athletics, the arts and in our extra-curricular activities. Over the years the High School has been recognized as a “National Blue Ribbon” Award winner, received numerous “Excellent” Ratings by the State of Ohio, been named an Outstanding High School by U.S. News and World report, as well as receiving awards of distinction in many specific disciplines. Our commitment is to maintain the excellence and to prepare students for life after high school. It is very important to get involved and to be active. Take advantage of the many academic and extra-curricular opportunities waiting for you. I look forward to working with our students during the school day and watching them perform at after school activities. Hopefully all students will be involved, maintain good attendance, work hard and be prepared to do their very best!
